On March 17, 2023, respondent's counsel Adria L. Vondra filed an Entry of Appearance (Doc. 11) and a Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 12). It appears that respondent failed to file and attach a certificate of service to those filings. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before March 31, 2023, Adria L. Vondra shall file a certificate of service with respect to the Entry of Appearance. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 31, 2023, respondent shall file a certificate of service with respect to the Motion for Continuance of Trial.

Counsel is reminded that the caption for this case should read "World Class Facility Services, LLC, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent," as the taxpayer's name was incorrect on the Entry of Appearance.
