Appellant having moved, pursuant to CPLR 5518, to preliminarily enjoin respondent from continuing her employment at the Bath Veterans Affairs Medical Center pending the hearing and determination of the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on November 27, 2013,
