ORDER

Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge Pro Tem, acting under MCR 7.201(B)(3), orders:

The application for delayed appeal is DISMISSED for failure to pursue the case in conformity with the rules. MCR 7.201(B)(3) and MCR 7.216(A)(10). The Clerk of this Court provided notice regarding the nature of the defects in this filing, and the defects were not corrected in a timely manner by providing this Court with a copy of an application conforming to the Court Rules and proof of service of the conforming application. Dismissal is without prejudice to whatever other relief may be available consistent with the Court Rules.
