District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District
Apr 12, 2000
755 So. 2d 189 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2000)

Opinion

No. 3D00-276.

Opinion filed April 12, 2000.

An Appeal under Fla.R.App.P. 9.140(i) from the Circuit, Court for Dade County, Richard V. Margolius, Judge, L.T. No. 90-50288.

Reginald W. Woody, in proper person.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, for appellee.

Before SCHWARTZ, C.J., and JORGENSON and GREEN, JJ.

Reginald Woody appeals from an order denying his motion for postconviction relief. We affirm, but remand this cause to the trial court for entry of a corrected order that is consistent with the court's findings.
