IN RE: Gehrig, Melvin M.; Gehrig, Natalie D.; — Defendant(s); Applying for Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs; Parish of Calcasieu 14th Judicial District Court Div. "A" Number 96-3698; to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, Number CW96-3698.

Denied.

LEMMON, J., concurs with reasons.

VICTORY, J., not on panel.

LEMMON, J., Concurs

The trial court's order of May 1997 arguably was unclear and should not form the basis for a contempt conviction. However, the court of appeal has remanded the case for a hearing on whether defendants have complied with the court order, and for possible clarification. If necessary, relator may reapply to the court of appeal for further relief.
