Opinion

No. 4D05-3567.

July 12, 2006.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County; Edward A. Garrison, Judge; L.T. Case No. 05-2724 CFA02.

Carey Haughwout, Public Defender, and Ellen Griffin, Assistant Public Defender, West Palm Beach, for appellant.

Charles J. Crist, Jr., Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Melanie Dale Surber, Assistant Attorney General, West Palm Beach, for appellee.

Affirmed. However, we remand the case to the trial court with directions to enter a corrected written judgment, reflecting that the appellant was found guilty after having been tried, rather than reflecting that he entered a plea of guilty.

FARMER, SHAHOOD and GROSS, JJ., concur.
