After a November 8, 2024 hearing, the trial court ordered appellant Sammy L. Woods to pay the costs of a reporter's record in the amount of $612 to the court reporter within ninety days. The trial court further advised Woods he could challenge the order in this court. Woods did not challenged the trial court's order.
We order Woods to advise this court no later than January 2, 2025 whether he intends to meet the trial court's deadline and pay for the reporter's record. If Woods does not respond by the date ordered, this case may be submitted without the reporter's record.
