Judgment of annulment was signed on June 27, 1977. Following the denial of application for a new trial on July 25, 1977, defendant filed a motion for appeal on August 18, 1977. Appellant did not furnish an appeal bond until August 25, 1977, which was not timely. LSA-C.C.P. Art. 3942.

Appellant was notified of our probable lack of jurisdiction and did not respond to our order to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed.

At appellant's cost, the appeal is DISMISSED.
