MEMORANDUM OPINION


By letters dated January 27, 2004, the Court directed appellants to pay the filing fee and file the docketing statement for this appeal within ten days of the date of the letters. The letters warned appellants that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal. To date, the filing fee has not been paid and the docketing statement has not been filed. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES the appeal for want of prosecution. Tex.R.App.P. 42.1.
