ORDER OF DISMISSAL


This is a civil rights case filed pro se by a state inmate. The clerk informed plaintiff that his application to proceed in forma pauperis was deficient. He was ordered to cure the deficiency, or pay the filing fee, within thirty days. The Court granted his motion for an extension of time to correct the deficiencies or pay, and then extended the time again sua sponte. The last deadline was August 25, 2003. Plaintiff has not responded.

Because plaintiff has neither provided a sufficient application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis nor paid the filing fee, this case is DISMISSED without prejudice. The clerk shall close the file.

IT IS SO ORDERED.

JUDGMENT

The court has dismissed this prisoner in forma pauperis compliant. A judgment of dismissal without prejudice is entered in favor of defendants. Plaintiff shall take nothing by way of his complaint.
