Wayne CC: 16-006341-CH

Bridget M. McCormack, Chief Justice Brian K. Zahra David F. Viviano Richard H. Bernstein Elizabeth T. Clement Megan K. Cavanagh Elizabeth M. Welch, Justices.

ORDER

Bridget M. McCormack, Chief Justice.

On order of the Chief Justice, the motion of defendants-appellees to extend the time for filing its answer to the application for leave to appeal is DENIED because the audio recording of the September 15, 2021 oral arguments in the Michigan Court of Appeals are available online. Assuming plaintiff-appellant moves for, and is granted, permission to file an amended application for leave to appeal, defendants-appellees may file a supplemental answer within 28 days of being served the amended application.
