JUDGMENT


In accordance with this court's Order entered this date, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED plaintiff be awarded attorney's fees in the amount of $1,298.70 under the Equal Access to Justice Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2412, representing compensation for 11.1 hrs. of legal services rendered by his attorney in this court at the market rate of $117.00 per hour.

ORDER

After due and proper consideration of all portions of this file deemed relevant to the issues with no objections raised, the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge made under 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B), and dated November 17, 2000 (doc. 19), is hereby ADOPTED as the opinion of this court.

Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that plaintiffs Motion for an Award of Attorney's Fees Pursuant to EAJA be GRANTED and that plaintiff receive a reasonable attorney's fee in the amount of $1,298.70 (11.1 his. x $117.00 per hr.) under the Equal Access to Justice Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2412 for legal services rendered by his attorney in this court.
