This case was on the Court's October 25, 2021 trial calendar for San Francisco, California. It's mostly about substantiating just a handful of categories of expenses for a real-estate business. All agreed to try to conclude informal discovery and see if the parties could then reach a settlement. Respondent recently reported a glitch on his side, and he has now sent a list of what documents he's looking for. It is now

ORDERED that on or before February 18, 2022 petitioners shall send to respondent's lawyer all the records that they have that fit the description of what the IRS is looking for. It is also

ORDERED that on or before March 4, 2022 respondent shall file a status report describing the parties' progress in settling the case or narrowing the issues to be tried.
