This case was on the Court's October 25, 2021 trial calendar for San Francisco, California. It's mostly about substantiating just a handful of categories of expenses for a real-estate business. Respondent last fall that he got a large packet of documentation from petitioners. He has now completed his review of that materia, but then communication seems to have broken down. After speaking with the parties today, the lines of communication seem to be back up. The parties still seem to be headed to settlement, so it is

ORDERED that on or before August 29, 2023 the parties shall submit settlement documents or respondent shall file a status report describing the parties' progress in settling the case or narrowing the issues to be tried.
