JOHN L. WOODRUFF, III & MONIQUE IVAN, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge.

This case was on the Court's October 25, 2021 trial calendar for San Francisco, California. It's mostly about substantiating just a handful of categories of expenses for a real-estate business. Last fall Respondent said he got a large packet of documentation from petitioners. Respondent recently reported that he has completed the review of the materials provided by petitioners and will set up a meeting with petitioners to discuss the results of the review and potential settlement. It is therefore

ORDERED that on or before June 19, 2023 the parties shall submit settlement documents or respondent shall file a status report describing the parties' progress in settling the case or narrowing the issues to be tried.
