This case was on the Court's October 25, 2021 trial calendar for San Francisco, California. It's mostly about substantiating just a handful of categories of expenses for a real-estate business. Respondent last fall that he got a large packet of documentation from petitioners. He most recently promised that his review of them would be done by the end of this month. The Court would expect the parties to be able to settle soon thereafter, so it is

ORDERED that on or before April 17, 2023 the parties shall submit settlement documents or respondent shall file a status report describing the parties' progress in settling the case or narrowing the issues to be tried.
