ORDER
MARK V. HOLMES, JUDGE
This case is on the Court's October 25, 2021 trial calendar for San Francisco, California. It's been continued before so when petitioners informally moved for another continuance due to a medical problem we had a conference call to discuss how to move the case to a conclusion. We learned that the case is mostly about substantiating just a handful of categories of expenses for a real-estate business. Petitioner Ivan explained that she had printed these records from an accounting app, but that they are in storage. She hasn't retrieved and organized them because of severe medical problems. While we recognize the severity of those problems, we stressed that the case does have to start moving ahead. All agreed that it should be
ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's October 25, 2021 trial calendar for San Francisco, California. It is also
ORDERED that this division of the Court retains jurisdiction over this case. It is also
ORDERED that on or before November 19, 2021 respondent shall mail to petitioners a detailed request for the categories of records that he is seeking, with an eye to helping Ms. Ivan in her organization of her files. It is also
ORDERED that on or before January 19, 2022 petitioners shall send all the records that they have in those identified categories to respondent's lawyer. It is also
ORDERED that on or before January 26, 2022 respondent shall file a status report describing the parties' progress in settling the case or narrowing the issues to be tried.
