DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by appellant to vacate an order of this court dated October 11, 2022, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Justice Court of the Town of Ramapo, Rockland County, entered February 22, 2022.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition the appeal is perfected on or before
July 14, 2023; and it is further, ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before July 14, 2023, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or respondent may move, on three days' notice, to dismiss the appeal, and may serve such application upon appellant in person.
