Order

On order of the Chief Justice, the separate motions of (1) the State Bar of Michigan, Michigan State Planning Body, Legal Services Association of Michigan, and Disability Rights Michigan, and (2) the Association of Pro Bono Counsel to file briefs amicus curiae are GRANTED. The amicus briefs submitted by those groups on August 1, 2022, and August 5, 2022, respectively, are accepted for filing. On further order of the Chief Justice, the motion to withdraw the amicus brief submitted by the Michigan Association for Justice and to allow a replacement amicus brief to be filed on or before August 26, 2022, is GRANTED.
