On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal from the December 1, 1998 decision of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is GRANTED. We DIRECT the parties to brief the applicability ofSingerman v. Municipal Services Bureau, Inc., 455 Mich. 135 (1997).

We further ORDER that this case be argued and submitted to the Court together with the case of Lugo v. Ameritech Corp., Inc. (Docket No. 112575), at such future session of the Court as both cases are ready for submission.
