ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge.

On July 29, 2021, respondent filed in these consolidated cases a status report concerning the present status of the related bankruptcy proceeding. On August 26, 2021, respondent filed a first supplement to his status report. In his status report, as supplemented, respondent informed the Court that the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida issued an order on October 29, 2020, that granted a discharge to petitioners. A copy of the order of discharge is attached to respondent's first supplement.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the stay in these cases is lifted. It is further

ORDERED that these cases are restored to the general docket for trial or other disposition.
