This case was calendared for trial at the Court's Houston, Texas, remote trial session, which was scheduled to begin March 14, 2022. On February 17, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance. On March 14, 2022, this case was called. There was no appearance by nor anyone on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. On March 22, 2022, respondent filed another Motion for Continuance. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed February 17, 2022, is granted and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 31, 2022, the parties shall submit to the Court either a stipulated decision or file a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERD that Jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance filed March 22, 2022, is denied as moot.
