ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

By Order served August 16, 2021, the Court directed petitioner to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee (or submit an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee for consideration). To date, petitioner has failed to comply with the Court's Order.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee (or file an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee) is extended to September 16, 2022. If the filing fee is not received by September 16, 2022, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction.
