COPE, J., concurs in part and dissents in part.


I concur in the denial of credit for improvements to the property, see Hernandez v. Hernandez, 645 So.2d 171, 175 (Fla. 3d DCA 1994), but would remand for credit for items which may fairly be characterized as repairs. See id. I concur with respect to the remaining issues.
