279 So. 2d 334 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1973)

Opinion

No. T-35.

July 3, 1973.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Volusia County; Uriel Blount, Jr., Judge.

William Wood, Jr., in pro per.

Robert L. Shevin, Atty. Gen., and Michael M. Corin, Asst. Atty. Gen., for appellee.

Appellant seeks reversal of the order denying his post-conviction motion to vacate judgment and sentences.

We have carefully reviewed the record on appeal and the briefs filed by the parties, and it is our conclusion that appellant has failed to demonstrate reversible error in the proceedings below. Accordingly, the order appealed herein is affirmed.

WIGGINTON, Acting C.J., and SPECTOR and JOHNSON, JJ., concur.
