ORDER

On May 3, 2017, the parties filed an agreed, joint motion to adopt briefing schedule and for leave to assert cross-points in appellee's brief. The motion is granted.

Accordingly, we order the following:

Appellant/Cross-Appellee Wood's opening brief shall be due on June 19, 2017, subject to a word limit of 15,000 words.

Appellees/Cross-Appellants Kennedy and Murphree's brief as appellee/cross-appellant shall be due 30 days after Appellant/Cross-Appellee Wood's opening brief is filed, subject to a word limit of 18,000 words, including the appellee's portion and the cross-appellant's portion.

Appellant/Cross-Appellee Wood's combined reply brief as appellant and response to cross-appeal shall be due 30 days after Appellees/Cross-Appellants Kennedy and Murphree's opening brief is filed, subject to a word limit of 18,000 words for the reply brief and for the cross-appellee's brief.

Appellees/Cross-Appellants Kennedy and Murphree's reply brief as cross-appellants shall be due 20 days after Appellant/Cross-Appellee Wood's combined reply brief, subject to a word limit of 7,500 words.
