DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellants to amend a prior withdrawal by application of this court dated November 19, 2014, which provided for the withdrawal of an appeal from a final judgment of the Justice Court of the Town of Wallkill, Orange County, entered April 11, 2014, to state that the withdrawal was pursuant to a stipulation of the parties dated October 28, 2014.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and this court's withdrawal by application dated November 19, 2014 is amended to state that the withdrawal was pursuant to a stipulation of the parties dated October 28, 2014.
