MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER


On June 16, 2004, U.S. Magistrate Judge Ramirez filed her Findings, Conclusions and Recommendation and provided a copy to Petitioner.

No objections having been received by the undersigned Judge an Order was entered July 6, 2004, adopting the Findings and Conclusions of the Magistrate Judge and Judgment was entered dismissing the petition.

Now before the Court are Petitioner's July 6, 2004, Objections to the Magistrate's Findings, Conclusions and Recommendation, which the Court has reviewed. The Court is of the opinion that Petitioner's Objections are without merit and they are, accordingly, OVERRULED. The Court's Order and Judgment of July 6, 2004, will therefore not be disturbed.

SO ORDERED.
