On September 24, 2024, the Commissioner filed a status report indicating that he had mailed a stipulated decision document to petitioner Gregory O. Wood but Mr. Wood is currently out of town and cannot return the stipulated decision document until he is back home.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that, on or before October 28, 2024, the parties shall file a stipulated decision document or a joint status report (or separate reports, if that is more expedient) as to the then-present status of this case.
