Opinion
Gen. No. 9,517. (Abstract of Decision.)
Opinion filed February 24, 1947 Released for publication March 24, 1947
BROKERS, § 105 — when judgment for plaintiff in action to recover broker's commission was supported by evidence. In action to recover commission for sale of real estate belonging to defendant, judgment for plaintiff was not manifestly against weight of evidence where circumstances tended to corroborate testimony of plaintiff, both as to existence of oral contract with defendant for sale of farm for usual and customary commission and as to plaintiff's efforts being procuring cause of sale.
