The petition for belated appeal is dismissed without prejudice to petitioner to file a petition for writ of habeas corpus in the 20th Judicial Circuit Court for Glades County for consideration as a petition for writ of habeas corpus. See In re E.H., 609 So.2d 1289, 1290 (Fla.1992).
