On March 11, 2022, petitioners filed a Response to Motion to Conform the Pleadings to the Proof and an Objection to Motion to Conform the Pleadings to the Proof. On the same day, counsel for petitioners informally contacted the Court and advised that the Response was filed in error and should be stricken.
