This case is calendared on the Court's April 11, 2022, New York, New York, trial session. On January 25, 2022, respondent filed a motion for summary judgment. Petitioner responded to respondent's motion on February 28, 2022. On March 11, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion for Continuance. We will grant petitioner's Motion for Continuance and retain jurisdiction over this case to address respondent's motion for summary judgment and petitioner's response thereto. In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Continuance, filed March 11, 2022, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's April 11, 2022, New York, New York, trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
