Appellants having moved for an extension of time to perfect their appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga on December 4, 2013,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of Brendan J. Reagan, Esq., sworn to September 23, 2014, and October 1, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Robert A. Quattrocci, Esq., dated September 25, 2014, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and appellants shall perfect their appeal on or before December 1, 2014, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
