GARY L. WOLFE & CANDACE WOLFE, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge.

On June 7, 2022, the parties filed a settlement stipulation and a proposed stipulated decision for the Court's consideration. A review of those documents discloses that the second paragraph of the settlement stipulation erroneously references a tax year that is not at issue in this case.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the settlement stipulation, filed June 7, 2022, is stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before July 7, 2022, the parties shall file a revised settlement stipulation. The Court will hold in abeyance the parties' proposed stipulation decision.
