Motion dismissed, with $10 costs and necessary printing disbursements, upon the ground that the order sought to be appealed from does not finally determine the action within the meaning of the Constitution and, in any event, upon the further ground that the movant is not a party aggrieved by the order below (see Civ. Prac. Act, § 557; General Corporation Law, § 61).
