Action for injuries to child of tender years by wrongful act in maintaining attractive nuisance in form of unguarded electric wires. Judgment for plaintiff.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. E.S. Smith, Judge, presiding. Heard in the second division of this court for the first district at the October term, 1927.
