Action for partnership accounting. Order dated December 9, 1946, granting plaintiff's motion for reargument and, on reargument, adhering to the original decision which denied plaintiff's motion for summary judgment on the first cause of action, insofar as appealed from, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Appeal from order dated November 4, 1946, dismissed, without costs. Carswell, Acting P.J., Adel, Nolan and Sneed, JJ., concur.
