ORDER

Stephen L. Borrello, Chief Judge Pro Tem, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The joint motion to extend time to order transcripts is GRANTED to July 12, 2024. The partial transcripts of the 5/1/23, 5/2/24 and 5/9/24 hearing dates shall be considered timely ordered. The time for filing the appellants' brief and the cross-appellants' brief shall run from the timely filing of the transcripts pursuant to MCR 7.212(A)(1)(a)(iii).
