Order denying motion to dismiss the complaint for insufficiency affirmed, with fifty dollars costs and disbursements, with leave to appellant to serve an answer within ten days from the entry of the order herein. Order denying motion for change of venue affirmed. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Young, Hagarty, Carswell and Scudder, JJ., concur.
