Appeal No. 273, October T., 1932, by defendants from judgment of C.P., Berks County, March T., 1931, No. 99, in the case of Irene Witman v. Anna S. Webner, Frederick Ludwig Webner, Regina W. Rhine, Constantino Ernesto and James P. McQuade.

Before TREXLER, P.J., KELLER, GAWTHROP, CUNNINGHAM, BALDRIGE, STADTFELD and PARKER, JJ. Affirmed.

Ejectment to recover possession of certain real estate. Before SHANAMAN, J.

The facts are stated in the opinion of the Superior Court.

The court directed a verdict for the plaintiff. Defendants appealed.

Error assigned, among others, was the entry of judgment.
