ORDER
Appellant Jay Donald Witkowski has filed a motion for extension of time to file his reply brief. While the motion states the extension is for filing the opening brief, the Court notes that Appellant's opening brief was filed on June 13, 2022, and Appellee's response was filed on November 17, 2022.
Upon consideration of Appellant's motion, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Appellant's motion for extension is GRANTED. Appellant has until January 17, 2023, to file his reply brief.
No further extensions will be granted. If the reply brief is not filed by January 17, 2023, the case will be submitted on the briefs filed to date.
