Wisotski v. Cocalis

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District
May 21, 1980
384 So. 2d 41 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1980)

Opinion

No. 78-2264.

May 21, 1980.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Broward County; Gene Fischer, Judge.

Bruce L. Randall, Fort Lauderdale, for appellant.

Michael J. Satz, State's Atty., Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, and Patti L. Englander, Asst. State's Atty., Fort Lauderdale, for appellee.

We treat this "appeal" from an order of the Circuit Court denying a suggestion for writ of prohibition to the County Court as a petition for certiorari. Finding that the petitioner has failed to demonstrate a departure from the essential requirements of law, the petition is denied.

CERTIORARI DENIED.

MOORE, BERANEK and HURLEY, JJ., concur.
