STIPULATION

All of the parties, acting by and through their undersigned attorneys of record, hereby stipulate that plaintiff's claims against defendant be dismissed with prejudice and without costs, and that the subjoined order of dismissal shall be entered forthwith.

NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby ordered that plaintiff's claims are dismissed with prejudice and without costs to any party.
