Wise v. Floyd

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit
Aug 27, 2009
341 F. App'x 908 (4th Cir. 2009)

Opinion

No. 09-6714.

Submitted: August 20, 2009.

Decided: August 27, 2009.

Appeal from the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina, at Anderson. Henry M. Herlong, Jr., Senior District Judge. (8:09-cv-00454-HMH).

Gary L. Wise, Appellant Pro Se.

Before WILKINSON and MICHAEL, Circuit Judges, and HAMILTON, Senior Circuit Judge.

Affirmed by unpublished PER CURIAM opinion.

Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.

Gary L. Wise appeals the district court's order adopting the magistrate judge's recommendation to dismiss his claims against Defendants after a 28 U.S.C. § 1915A (2006) review. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court's order. Wise v. Floyd, 8:09-cv-00454-HMH, 2009 WL 803712 (D.S.C. Mar. 25, 2009). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
