This case is currently calendared for trial at the Session of the Court commencing on June 13, 2022, in Tampa, Florida. On April 14, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance of Trial. In his motion, respondent states that on April 7, 2022, he attempted to contact petitioner via telephone to obtain his views regarding the granting of the motion; respondent left a voicemail and thus petitioner's views are unknown. It would be helpful for the Court to hear from petitioner regarding respondent's motion and the status of this case. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that petitioner shall contact the chambers of the undersigned Judge at (202) 521-0822 as soon as possible for the purpose of scheduling a conference call to discuss respondent's motion and the status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner shall, on or before May 13, 2022, file a response to respondent's Motion for Continuance of Trial.
