This case is currently calendared for trial at the Session of the Court commencing on June 13, 2022, in Tampa, Florida. On April 14, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance of Trial. By Order served on the parties on April 22, 2022, the Court ordered petitioner to contact the chambers of the undersigned as soon as possible for the purpose of scheduling a conference call to discuss respondent's motion and the status of this case on or before May 16, 2022. On April 28, 2022, petitioner responded to the Court's order to contact the undersigned's chambers and stated that he has no objection to the granting of respondent's motion. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance of Trial, filed April 14, 2022, is granted and this case is stricken for trial from the June 13, 2022, Tampa, Florida Trial Session of the Court and continued generally.
