DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated October 13, 2017, and an order of the same court dated September 18, 2017. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 16, 2021, the respondents' counsel was relieved and no new counsel has appeared on behalf of the respondents.

Now, on the Court's own, it is

ORDERED that on or before February 14, 2022, the respondents shall notify this Court, in writing, of the name and address of their counsel, or the appearances by the corporate respondents shall be stricken from the brief filed by former counsel and the individual respondents shall be deemed proceeding pro se on the brief filed by former counsel.
