ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT SMITH DOYLE CONTRACTORS' MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF THE DISPOSITIVE MOTION DEADLINE


Before the Court is Defendant Smith Doyle Contractors' Motion for Extension of the Dispositive Motion Deadline (D.E. # 49) filed on March 18, 2009. For good cause shown, the Motion is GRANTED. Defendant Smith Doyle Contractors shall have up to and including thirty (30) days to file its dispositive motion, from either the completion of Plaintiff's deposition or the Court's ruling on the Defendant's pending motion to compel, whichever is later.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
