Pending before the Court in this deficiency action is respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed July 3, 2024. On July 25, 2024, petitioner filed a Notice of Objection to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction.
Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is
